Retrouvé Intensive Replenishing Facial Moisturizer, $200.00 Shop Now
Amid the first cold snap of winter, I went through the last of this rich moisturizer to bring my dry and irritated skin back to stasis. It works wonders thanks to its patent-pending technology that allows its array of active ingredients, including anti-aging apple stem cells and collagen-boosting padina pavonica, to be co-solubilized at high concentrations, boosting their bioavailability. —Lauren Valenti, beauty director
Maybeline Build-A-Brow, $15.00 Shop Now
To kick off the Christmas season, I had the immense pleasure of joining Maybelline for a staycation that included a glam sesh. Out of all the fab Maybelline goodies makeup artist Tommy Napoli used on me, it’s this brow pen that I can’t stop using. It’s a dual-ended product with a liquid brow pen on one side and gel on the other. The black-brown shade is perfect for filling in my brows with hair-like flicks for a super-natural look. —Kara Jillian Brown, beauty editor
D.S. & Durga Carlyle Eau de Parfum, $210.00 Shop Now
The word glamorous is undeniably overused, but New York City's Carlyle Hotel exemplifies it. From its posh Upper East Side location to the Madeline murals inside Bemelmans Bar, world-famous jazz musicians singing live, and, of course, martinis (always in an ice-cold chilled glass, of course!) that'll leave you wobbling after two. So when D.S. & Durga released a fragrance as an homage to this institution, I gagged. Notes of bergamot honeysuckle and moss (among others) blend for a deliciously rich scent. And as a former regular at Rose Bar (a now-closed Manhattan gem from a bygone era!), this simply hits home. Catch me spritzing this all winter long as I attempt another dry January. —Jonathan Borge, deputy editor
Sol de Jainero Delícia Drench Shower Oil, $26.00 Shop Now
At five months pregnant with twins, my baby bump is growing by the day. It's an oil-to-foam body wash that not only smells incredible but also makes my skin buttery soft. Not a stretch mark in sight—yet, at least. —Samantha Brash, director of content strategy
ghd Soft Curl 1.25″ Curling Iron, $209.00 Shop Now
Ever since I got my first ghd flatiron last fall, I haven't let another hot tool near my strands. But because I love a curl, I've been relying on nothing but flatiron curls. And while there is still a time and place for flatiron curls, I can't believe what I've been missing. I love this thing. It gives me the big, bouncy curls of my dreams, and I never want to be without it. —K.J.B.
