Dispensed as an ultra-light mist from an aerosol can, the product covers skin in a wash of sunkissed color. Plus, the formula contains glycerin, a hydrating ingredient which can help to plump skin and smooth out fine lines while quenching dry, mature skin. Finally, the formula wears equally well on bare skin as it does over makeup; for the latter, it doubles as a setting spray and bronzer—and an excellent one at that. 

Where other mistable products I’ve tried (tinted body makeup products, for instance), have required a certain degree of focus and artistry to master—lest they leave my skin looking streaky—Rizzo’s is practically foolproof, and makes little to no mess. The formula dries rapidly, layering flawlessly, too. Regardless of how many layers you apply, it delivers an imperfection-blurring effect just short of magical. Velvety and smooth, it’s the closest thing to a filter in a can I’ve ever tried. 

Sensorially, the formula feels refreshing on the skin, with a pleasant smell I can’t quite place. Plus, it layers beautifully without caking; A short spritz delivers a light, healthy glow, and two to three layers imparts a satin finish that looks so airbrushed, I’ve been skipping foundation for the first time in years.
