Martha Stewart quells my worries about aging—in many respects. Cool-girl style and peppy persona aside, the 81-year-old proves that fresh-faced beauty has no age limit. So: What is Martha Stewart’s skin care routine, and what cosmetics does she turn to for her ageless glow? Luckily, her longtime makeup artist, Nicole Daisy Toye, and facialist, Carmela Barabas, have shared some secrets. Better yet, many of the lifestyle icon’s go-tos are on sale at Amazon, from the now-$8 mascara that mimics falsies, to the skin tint she wears every. single. day.
This Black Friday, I’m snapping up eight Stewart-used goodies—and gifting them to my 71-year-old mom this holiday season. After all, who wouldn’t want to channel Stewart’s signature glow?

Alastin Skincare HydraTint Pro Mineral Sunscreen
$78 at Amazon
Stewart recently shared she “won’t leave the house” before applying this glow-enhancing tint. In addition to skin-perfecting, luminous coverage, it imparts skin care benefits; sunscreen, for one, to protect from damaging UV rays. Additionally, it contains antioxidants—the likes of which fend off skin-aging free radicals in the environment. (FWIW, Alastin is owned by aesthetics-centric pharmaceutical company Galderma, and a favorite among many dermatologists I’ve met.)
L'Oréal Paris Makeup True Match Lumi Glotion
$17 $8 at Amazon
Stewart donned this dewy skin illuminator for her iconic Sports Illustrated covers. Kendall Jenner and I are similarly fond of the lightweight formula, which imparts all the light-reflecting luster of a highlighter without the telltale glitteriness. Unsurprisingly, this ultra-sheer skin tint is an Amazon best-seller, with fans raving about the “wonderful glow” it gives. I typically mix the formula with foundation to add dewiness and dimension; makeup minimalists will be pleased to hear it’s also gorgeous on bare skin.
Mario Badescu Collagen Plumping Mask
$20 $10 at Amazon
Stewart’s allegiance to Mario Badescu—a facialist brand with thoughtful yet affordable formulas—is proof that stellar skin care needn’t have a triple-digit price tag. Per Stewart’s facialist, this aptly named cream mask is among her favorites. The formula plumps fine lines and delivers instant bounce thanks to hydrating collagen. Kaolin clay tightens skin and purifies pores, while oatmeal, one of the most soothing skin care ingredients, calms ruddiness.
Maybelline Volum' Express The Falsies Mascara
$9 $8 at Amazon
I wear false lashes 90 percent of my life. The other 10 percent I owe to this aptly named, now-$8 mascara. Toye keeps the ultra-inky, smudge and flake-resistant formula in her kit, which lifts, lengthens, and separates better than many pricer options I’ve tried.
