They’re tempting me to ditch denim.

Come fall and winter, my trusty jeans hardly ever leave my body (unless I’m wearing sweats, that is). However, I’ve recently grown tired of wearing denim every day, and I’d like to add new pants styles into the mix. Just in time, actress Sofia Vergara recently posted on Instagram in a pair that’s the ultimate fall anti-jean: wide-leg trousers. 

Although “comfortable” and “trousers” don’t usually go together in my brain, opting for a pair that’s a touch baggier like the star’s ensures you won’t have to sacrifice wearability for style. You can sport these pants a myriad of ways, but I’m tempted to steal Vergara’s look by styling them with a matching top and waist-cinching belt to create a monochrome, form-flattering effect.
