She tried the office siren trend.
Kylie Jenner is in her office siren era. On Saturday, the makeup mogul swapped out her go-to glam aesthetic for a sultry corpcore look, pairing a pair of thick-rimmed black glasses with a trench coat and a barely-there mini skirt as she stepped out in Los Angeles.
The reality star took to Instagram to share a few different angles of the look with her 396 million followers, captioning the carousel, “Just a girl” with a queen and pink heart emojis. In the first mirror selfie, Jenner posed with her head resting on her right hand, showing off a pair of black rectangular Miu Miu glasses with the brand written on the sides in gold. She also tapped the designer brand for her cream cropped trench coat, which featured a buckle detail at the neckline and rows of buttons down the front. She cinched in the waist of the oversized outerwear piece with a matching belt. A few inches of an ultra short black leather mini skirt peeked out from under the hem, and Jenner accentuated her legs with a pair of black kitten heel knee-high boots.
The Khy fashion designer also leaned into the slouchy bag trend with a black leather Miu Miu creation that was accessorized with a bedazzled baby pink teddy bear charm. Diamond earrings, a single silver ring, and a matte Kylie Cosmetics lip gloss rounded out her weekend outfit. Jenner wore her dark hair in an effortless side-parted style as well as her signature beauty look with dark lashes, sculpted cheeks, and defined brows.
The star recently opened up about how her style has evolved since she became a mother. In an October interview with Elle, she revealed that she’s not interested in minimalism, instead gravitating towards a “dark feminine” aesthetic.
“I think I’m actually going in the opposite direction. I’ve definitely had some moments of quiet luxury, as they would say, but I’m always experimenting. At the root of my authentic style, I think I’m more dark feminine,” she told the publication.
Jenner also opened up about having to rediscover her personal style after having kids. “I haven’t had a baby in a few years,” she continued. “The first part of my twenties was having children, learning what my personal style was and then losing it—not knowing how to dress, gaining 60 pounds for both pregnancies. It took me a year to feel like myself again. At 27, I feel more confident and more like myself than ever.”
