In a post-Barbie society, it seems that blonde hair is truly everywhere. No matter the shade, cut or style, people are living their best life, and proving that blondes might actually have more fun. But for those who might need a visit to the salon in order to achieve the color of their dreams: we have good news. When it comes to shades of blonde—the world is quite literally your oyster.
Hairstylist Reggie Graham put it best: “Everybody wants to be blonde.” Graham thinks that new developments in the hair-care world have let the blonde trend grow to its fullest potential. “Now we have so many products that are keeping the hair very healthy and strong, no matter the hair texture.
- Reggie Graham is a hairstylist based in Houston.

- Kadeisha Placide is a hairstylist and owner of Classic Beauty Studio in New York City.
- Anne Juliette is a hairstylist in Los Angeles and founder and owner of Textured Queens Hair Academy.
So you know exactly what look to share with your colorist, we've rounded up 20 gorgeous blind hair inspo pics.
Champagne, No Problems
“At the moment I really like Champagne blonde hair. It is a bit darker than platinum blonde hair, has more dimensions than ash blonde, and is slightly more muted than honey blonde hair,” says celebrity stylist Dimitris Giannetos. “The color is very reminiscent of its namesake, champagne, making it appear much more natural and effortless compared to other shades of blonde.”
Boho Braids
When it comes to trends, hairstylist Kadeisha Placide says Jordyn Woods's style is on everyone’s vision board right now. “We see a lot of people coming in and asking for blonde boho braids. And they pulled Jordyn Woods as their celebrity inspo for those blonde braids,” she says.
Warm Dimensional Bob
Elle Fanning paired her blonde bob with a strong red lip at the 77th Annual Tony Awards. Her blonde is bright and warm with tawny roots.
Icy Long Locks
Beyoncé has been rocking various shades of blonde for decades. And if Beyoncé has it, we want it. No matter what style she rocks, she turns heads. However, her recent icy long waves have been making an iconic statement.
The Classic Elle Woods
The original Blonde herself, nobody does the color better, or more Legally than Reese Witherspoon herself. Her bright, wavy look is perfect for work, vacation, or going to Harvard to win back your college boyfriend.
Warm Summer Waves
We all wish we could be Blake Lively’s friend, and while we probably can’t, we might be able to achieve her warm, dimensional blonde waves. Her hair’s red undertones make for a strawberry blonde to envy.
Strawberry Fields
Khloe Kardashian's blonde look features strawberry blonde tones. “This is not really blonde, but it's a shade of blonde,” says hairstylist Anne Juliette. "It's really good color for the summer.”
Gorgeous Blonde Braids
Placide says that these blonde braids are a popular style. “[The style] is popular for women of color over the summer months as a protective style.” And because the blonde comes from braiding hair and not dying your natural strands, it makes for a less damaging way to play with color.
Platinum Power Move
It’s Hannah Waddingham. No further explanation needed. Nobody does a powerful, cool-toned platinum like British actress and Ted Lasso Star.
Honey, We Love It!
Juliette says that Savannah James’s blonde is one of her favorite celebrity looks right now. Her almost honey blonde look, paired with her voluminous bangs makes for an iconic pairing. “She’s my top,” she says. “That's the one of the girls I'm like, 'wow, her blonde looks phenomenal.'”
Cool Toned Va-Va-Volume
“The blondes….they’re trying to kill me!” Jennifer Coolidge is truly stunning all the time, but her cool-toned, very dimensional blonde is slightly darker at the bottom and the roots, but stunning all over.
An Icy Serve
Serena has been rocking blonde recently, and her look is another favorite of Juliettes’. “It's very icy,” she says, “I love like the dark roots—they're like one or two inches of the scalp."
Platinum Punk
Hayley Williams moved away from her signature red, and we’re obsessed. Her icy shade has kept her cool and looking iconic while opening up on the Eras Tour.
The Blonde Era
How can you maintain your hair while traveling the entire globe and performing a three-hour tour? We’d probably need to ask Taylor and her entire team. But one thing is for sure—Taylor is rocking blonde with her signature well-trimmed bangs.
Sleek Blonde Pixie
Graham says that sleek and blonde go hand in hand here. “Everybody wants to be blonde and have these very beautiful, sleek pixies,” says Graham. “That’s kind of the thing now and I don’t think it’s gonna go away—it’s gonna be around a while.”
Ice, Ice Phoebe
Nobody does an icier, more iconic blonde – almost gray- than Phoebe Bridgers. Who can have such an original, indie style, other than the indie queen herself.
Post Barbie Recovery Blonde
In her post-Barbie, pre-baby era, Margot Robbie has gone for a much more varied, muted blonde than her doll-like character.
A Pop of Blonde
If you don’t want to commit to full blonde, a few streaks and highlights might be the way to go. Taraji P. Henson rocked this look at the 2024 BET Awards.
Bewitching Blonde
“Somehow…being blonde feels good in a place like this.” AMC queen Nicole Kidman has been rocking a new signature blonde, after leaving behind her redhead ways. Kidman sported an icy, relaxed blonde at Paris Fashion Week.
Espresso Chic
She has the song of the summer…and the look of the summer too. Sabrina’s cool-toned look and well-blended dark roots are a look that can last all summer long. Is it that sweet? We guess so!
