The famous tool is designed to give you a bouncy blowout with six hair dryer attachments that include a smoothing dryer, soft and firm smoothing brushes, a round volumizing brush, and two sizes of Airwrap barrels; with them, you can go sleek and straight, voluminous all-over, or create loose curls.

While, even on sale, the product is kind of pricey, I honestly think it’s worth it. In less than 30 minutes, not only did the tool allow me to easily give myself the salon-quality blowout of my dreams, but my hair didn’t look fried—one of the major highlights of the tool. While lots of blow drying brushes get really hot—erm, too hot—Dyson ensures that the Airwrap never goes above 302-degrees, which prevents heat damage. But even without the extreme heat, it quickly dries hair, with one Amazon fan saying that “when [they] want a quick blow dry,” the Airwrap “does it in 10 minutes.”

While straighteners have traditionally been designed for use on dry hair, the Airstrait straightener dries and straightens hair all at once without damage. This means that if you have curls, you won’t need to blow dry them straight and then apply a flat iron for that super smooth look.

One person with curly hair said that before this tool, it took them an hour to straighten their hair, but with it, “it took 17 and a half minutes to go from wet hair to dry and straight,” while a shopper with type 2C hair said that this tool gives them “silky, smooth” strands that last “for days.” And per someone else who swapped from other tools that were frying their hair, the Airstraight is “a game changer.” It only takes them “two to three passes” to get their hair “so smooth and full and straight,” they raved before deeming it “absolutely worth every penny.”
