Shoppers say it tames their "frizzy mess" and leaves hair soft.
This weekend Angelina Jolie won her first Tony award for her producing work on The Outsiders. She arrived at the awards accompanied by her daughter, Vivienne, in coordinating teal outfits. Per usual, Jolie looked absolutely stunning in a velvet Atelier Versace dress that featured a structured bodice. As a beauty editor, I was more intrigued by her red carpet glam; and it turns out her incredibly silky and lustrous hair was courtesy of a $15 hair oil.
Hairstylist Renato Campora used three Maria Nila products on Jolie for her red carpet look; the Dry Shampoo, Volume Spray, and the True Soft Argan Hair Oil, the last of which is the pièce de résistance. Hair oils are easy to incorporate into a daily routine, and not only does this one have a very reasonable price tag, but benefits that include softening and shine enhancement to boot.

Argan is one of the most common ingredients I see in hair oil formulas. A quick look at the benefits and it’s plain to see why. The antioxidant-rich ingredient improves scalp health—and a healthy scalp means less shedding and breakage and fuller strands. Ultimately, this means a longer and thicker head of hair.
Besides the evidence of Jolie’s truly enviable hair, Maria Nila’s Argan Hair Oil has 700-plus five-star ratings. One shopper said that it makes strands “silky and soft” in addition to “preventing split ends.” Another added that it tames their “frizzy mess” hair even without the use of a conditioner. Several shoppers also note that “a bottle lasts a very long time.”
