It’s one of the best treatments I’ve tried.
It’s been a few years since I gave up professional gel manicures. Following the pared-back early days of COVID-19, I found the whole thing to be frivolous, time-consuming, and expensive. I began my natural nail journey and was able to stick to it thanks to nail concealers and treatments like Dior’s Vernis Nail Glow Nail Polish.
Dior’s Nail Glow is essentially a nail enhancer-meets-polish hybrid that has a very subtle pink tint and intense shine. After one coat, your nails look bare, but impeccably—almost unbelievably—healthy. And after two coats of the Dior Nail Glow Polish, you’ll look like you just got an expensive and chic French manicure. Its name is right on the money; the ultimate effect is hard to pinpoint, but I’d best describe it as a glow.

This is a legacy product that I remember being intrigued by a decade ago, but I never got around to using because of the aforementioned gel manicures. However, I now consider myself an expert in this category of products—in the last few years I’ve tried every single nail treatment and concealer I can get my hands on, and this one is incredible.
There are a handful of things I like about Dior’s Nail Glow Polish besides the way it enhances natural nails. First of all, it neutralizes imperfections; I am prone to yellowness, ridges, and peeling, but you wouldn’t know that when I have this on. Secondly, I’ve found that whatever is in Dior’s formula makes my nails really healthy, which in turn keeps them growing long and strong. I’m not an expert in nail polish ingredients (as it’s usually a long list of unpronounceable chemicals), but it does contain biotin-rich sweet almond oil, which improves nail strength. And perhaps my favorite part of all, it dries so fast—I’m talking about under 30 seconds. That means it’ll just take 30 seconds to do all 10 nails and give yourself a salon-worthy manicure.
Dior’s nail enhancer lasts about a week or two depending on what I put my hands and nails through. I don’t mind that it doesn’t last longer because, again, it just takes 30 seconds to apply; this is just something to keep in mind if you are looking for something with very long wear.
