Jodie Turner-Smith is adding a new feather in her…pants.
The actor took the pantless trend for a spin today in Midtown Manhattan, when she appeared on Good Morning America to promote her new show Star Wars: The Acolyte. But if you think that Turner-Smith is going to do the same old, Edie Sedgwick-inspired take on the trend as everyone else, you’d be sorely mistaken. Instead, she opted for a pale pink sleeveless top and pair of briefs, both of which were covered in ostrich feathers. The set, from Shushu/Tong’s fall 2024 collection, shown in Shanghai, also capitalized on the bow trend, with a black velvet ribbon affixed to the chest.
Turner-Smith gave the look a funky twist with her accessories, including a grommet-covered bag from EÉRA, and platform ankle-strap heels. And with her micro-banged bob and cat-eye sunglasses, she added a sprinkle of '60s energy to the look.
This isn’t Jodie Turner-Smith’s first pantless rodeo. Last September, the actor attended Vogue World: London enveloped in a black Viktor & Rolf bow top, with only a pair of high-cut black panties on the bottom. Though, from her confident stance, you could probably already tell she is a seasoned pantless professional.
